EXTRA SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN BASE RATE)
Additional Day - $1,500.00 + venue rental price
Additional Day - $1,500.00 + venue rental price This rental allows the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner to occur on
site along with an overnight stay for the wedding party. The Barn, The Farmhouse, and The Lodge will
be opened at noon on day 1 with the Barn closed at 11:00 p.m. on day 1 to be reopened at 8:00 a.m.
on day 2 with all locations being closed at 11:00 p.m. on day 2.
Table Décor Option - $700.00 + venue rental price
All tables to be decorated from the owner’s personal decorations including tablecloths,
greenery, brass candlesticks, lanterns, votive candles, and plate chargers.
Day of Coordinating Services - $1,200.00 + venue rental price
Unlimited messages between couple and coordinator, two additional meetings wherein
coordinator will prepare very detailed timeline by incorporating information from all vendors,
rehearsal on site, and up to ten hours on day of wedding.
And Then Some Package - $8,850.00 + venue rental price
Package includes table décor option, coordinating services, catering (couple to choose from
different meal choices), popcorn bar, coffee bar, florals for wedding party (silk – traditional or
boho to choose from / same to be returned at the end of the evening to include bride and groom
and up to 7 attendants each arbor decorations (4 unique pieces to choose from), aisle decorations
(choice of greenery, pampas, lanterns, or pumpkins), wedding cake, 6-hours photography
services, and 4-hours DJ service
Rehearsal Rental - $250 per hour (minimum two hours)
Reception Heating - $150.00 per day
Patio Heating - $75.00 per day
(these are estimates with the actual market price charged at the time of event)
Arbor Decorations - $100.00 (4 unique pieces to choose from)
Additional Fire (1-fire either in fireplace or firepit included in rental price) - $25.00
