$1,200.00 Coordinating Fee + Venue Rental Cost
Services Include:
- Unlimited email / text information exchanges
- Up to 3-hours (before wedding) to discuss details in person or by phone
- Designing table layout for guest tables, food, cake table, gift, favors, etc.
- Pre-wedding confirmation of all vendor schedules & other key details the week of wedding
- Attend the wedding rehearsal
- Creation of wedding day schedule
- Up to 10-hours on day of ceremony
- Distribute floral items to wedding party
- Direct the ceremony processional
- Assist with gathering wedding party and family for photos
- Coordinate with DJ regarding timeline of events and announcements (I dance, speeches, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
- Prepare wedding party for grand entrance
- Prepare guests for bride and groom departure
